Return Policy

Our policy lasts 10 days after date of purchase. If 10 days have gone by from the day your item(s) were purchased, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange. All returns and exchanges MUST have an RA# created. RA#s should be written on the outside of the package, if possible, please print the approval email and send it with the package. Customer is responsible for payment of return shipment.

- If you do not submit a return application, your item will be sent back to you without being inspected.

If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.

Reasons for denial including but not limited to:
- Signs of washing 
- Item(s) smelling of smoke, perfume, deodorant, etc 
- Excessive animal/human hair
- Signs of wear (stains, smell, etc)

Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent.

If there is excessive wrinkling, the return is subject to denial. 

All items must be unworn and unwashed.

Original tags must be attached.

Once the package is received, it may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed (even longer after a launch).

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

If your return is denied, it will be sent back to you.
