• Our policy lasts 11 days after date of purchase. If 11 days have gone by from the day your item(s) were purchased, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange. All returns and exchanges MUST have an RA# created (you receive your RA# when you submit your return request). RA#s should be written on the outside of the package, if possible, please print the approval email and send it with the package. Purchases from third parties, booths, and community events, and promotional ads and sales are not returnable purchases. Customer is responsible for payment of return shipment. - If you do not submit a return application, your item will be sent back to you without being inspected.
• If the return/exchange does not pass inspection, it will be mailed back to you.
• Please return the item in the condition it was packaged and sent.
If there is excessive wrinkling, the return is subject to denial.
• All items must be unworn and unwashed.
• Original tags must be attached.
• Once the package is received, it may take up to 7 business days for returns to be processed (even longer after a launch or re-stock).
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. After approved, if you wait to send back the purchase more than 3 weeks from purchase, you will lose eligibility of a full-refund.
If your return is denied, it will be sent back to you.
